ZEVparts is proud to be the distributor of the 123electric (sister company of the well known 123ignition) universal Battery Management System for charging and balancing LiFeYPO4 batteries. In this new system, each cell will be equipped with a tiny printed circuit-board with one-wire interconnect.
The BMS controller uses an innovative high speed protocol, to gather number of cells, cell-address, cell voltage, cell temperature, bypass-current and pack voltage.
An integrated USB-interface sends all this information to an electronic dashboard, on which all this info will be visualised, along with the actual current and remaining battery capacity. This new system is affordable, scale-able and user programmable via free PC Software.
For a single pack of say 32 batteries, the system would consist of:
1 current-sensor (100, 200 or 400 Amp.) and 1 BMS-Controller (included)
1 BMS-'OUT'-board (not included, seperately sold)
30 ordinary BMS-boards (not included, seperately sold)
